WestPro Hospitality was founded by Karl Rogers, who has spent close to three decades in hospitality operations and procurement in Ireland — [TODO: confirm roles, companies and dates with Karl before launch].
He created WestPro after seeing the same thing again and again: independent operators doing excellent work on the floor and losing margin they couldn't see, because nobody had the time to watch the buying.
WestPro exists to give independent hospitality businesses the commercial expertise, purchasing discipline and reporting systems normally available only to larger groups.
