Who we are
WestPro Hospitality is an outsourced procurement and commercial performance partner for independent hospitality businesses, based in Galway, Ireland. We are the data controller for any personal information you send us through this site.

What the contact form collects
The enquiry form asks for your name, your business name, your role, your email address, your phone number and a short message. Only your name, business name, email address and message are required — the rest help us come back to you properly.
Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss whether we can work together. We do not use it for marketing lists, we do not sell it, and we do not profile you.
Our lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR — responding to a business enquiry you have chosen to send us. You can object to this at any time and we will stop.
How long we keep it
If we end up working together, we keep your details for the life of the relationship and for seven years afterwards, in line with Irish business record-keeping requirements.
If we don't, we keep the enquiry for up to twenty-four months in case you come back to us, then delete it.
Who sees it
Karl Rogers, and anyone working directly with him on your enquiry. Your enquiry is delivered by email, so our email provider processes it in the ordinary course of delivering mail. We do not share your details with suppliers, partners or anyone else without asking you first.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics that count page views without identifying you, storing anything on your device or following you to other sites. That is why there is no cookie banner here — there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, and object to our using it at all.
Email karl@westprohospitality.ie and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
Complaints
If you think we have handled your information badly, please tell us first — we would rather fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963, at dataprotection.ie.
